MOSCOW, August 2. /TASS/. The dollar to ruble exchange ratio increased by 5 kopecks at the Moscow Exchange opening Monday, and is now 73.21 rubles per one dollar.

The euro grew by 4.5 kopecks, to 86.9 rubles.
