MOSCOW, May 17./TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Sierra Leone’s top diplomat David Francis signed in Moscow on Monday an inter-state agreement on visa-free trips for the holders of diplomatic and service passports.

"We also spoke today about the expedience of signing several other documents, work on which continues for now," Lavrov told a news conference after talks with David Francis.
