MOSCOW, April 29. /TASS/. The dollar-to-ruble exchange rate dropped by 1.25 kopecks compared to the closing level of previous trading and amounted to 74.4 rubles at the opening of trading on the Moscow Exchange on Thursday. The euro-to-ruble rate rose by 3 kopecks to 90.22 rubles.
