CAIRO, March 29. /TASS/. First vessels started passing through the Suez Canal after six days of blocking, according to data of the Marinetraffic service.

First ships started sailing from the lake between the northern and the southern Canal branches. About 45 vessels were blocked there.

Navigation in the unblocked Suez Canal would resume at about 21.00 Moscow time, authorities said earlier.
