Brent oil prices were below $65 a barrel last time on March 4 of this year.

WTI oil lost 4.1% to $61.97 per barrel at the same time.

Brent oil prices recovered later to $65.28 per barrel, down 4%. WTI prices dropped by 4.24% later on to $61.89 per barrel.
