It should be taken into account while building roads, Vitaly Savelyev noted

MOSCOW, February 14. /TASS/. Aircraft will probably use hydrogen fuel by 2035, Russian Minister of Transport Vitaly Savelyev said on Sunday.

Alternative fuels "are used in quadcopters abroad. Alternative fuels are used in the aviation sector, for instance hydrogen fuel instead of kerosene. Some forecasts say that by 2035 aircraft will be able to use hydrogen fuels," he said in an interview with the Rossiya-24 television channel.

He did not rule out that hydrogen fuels would be used in cars, so, in his words, it should be taken into account while building roads.

Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov told TASS earlier that the changeover to hydrogen fuels was a matter of coming decades.
