Samsung extends suspension at plant in Russia’s Kaluga Region by end of month

The plant produces 100% of all TV sets sold in Russia, as well as monitors and washing machines
MOSCOW, April 6. /TASS/. South Korea’s Samsung has extended the period of days off at its plant in Russia’s Kaluga Region until April 30, a source in the company’s press service told TASS.
"Health and security of employees are prior for Samsung Electronics. According to the decree of the Russian government, days off have been extended until April 30, 2020, at the plant of Samsung Electronics situated in the Kaluga Region," the source said.
The plant produces 100% of all TV sets sold in Russia, as well as monitors and washing machines.
