MOSCOW, December 12. /TASS/. The dollar declined by 0.44% during the trading session on the Moscow Exchange on Thursday to 62.99 rubles, according to trading data.
The dollar rate was below 63 rubles last time on July 25 of this year.
The euro declined by 0.5% to 70.1 rubles at the same time.
The ruble rate is growing against the background of a hike in oil prices. Brent oil futures with delivery in February 2020 surged by 0.77% and climbed to $64.21 a barrel on the London-based ICE.
