Russian government to expand possible use of zero VAT tax for exporters

MOSCOW, February 11. /TASS/. Russia’s government plans to expand the possible use of the zero VAT tax for exporters in 2019, according to National Projects files posted on the Russian government’s website on Monday.
The plan is to provide the possibility of the zero VAT tax for exports of construction and other materials for construction of facilities overseas, goods under leasing contracts, as well as exports of IT technologies and related services, the document said.
In 2019, it is also planned to cancel excessive requirements of currency control, as well as develop a roadmap on eliminating withdrawals and restrictions on the EAEU domestic market.
