HONG KONG /XIANGGANG/, May 25. /TASS/. Oleg Deripaska has quit the post of non-executive director of Russia's aluminum producer Rusal, the company said in a statement released via the Hong Kong stock exchange on Friday.
The decision enters force on May 25.
Rusal CEO Alexandra Buriko tendered her resignation on Thursday. Yevgeny Nikitin was appointed the company’s acting CEO.
It was also announced that Vladislav Soloviev, Siegfried Wolf, Maxim Sokov, Dmitry Afanasiev, Gulzhan Moldazhanova, Olga Mashkovskaya and Ekaterina Nikitina will quit the company’s board of directors from June 28.
