MOSCOW, April 18. /TASS/. Many Russian industries have already achieved an import substitution rate of more than 90%, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said on Wednesday.
At the same time, he noted, "The fact that we have solved the import substitution tasks somewhere, does not mean that in all cases the most advanced technologies have been created and can be exported. It is the case in some spheres - we can sell something we have created. And in some spheres - it is not. Export-oriented import substitution that has not yet happened everywhere."
