ABU DHABI, February 20. /TASS/. Russia and the United Arab Emirates plan to discuss the upgrade of Pantsyr-S short to medium range antiaircraft missile/gun systems earlier supplied to UAE, Russia’s Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov said on Monday.
"We’ll be holding talks on modernizing this type of combat hardware and I hope that colleagues will increase the volume of orders for new modifications. So far, we’re talking about modernization with an option of deliveries," the minister said at the IDEX-2017 international defense exhibition in Abu Dhabi.
