Vladimir Putin's press secretary has redirected the question to the Russian Defense Ministry
ASTANA, October 4. /TASS/. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday that the question of Russian S-300 antiaircraft missile systems allegedly deployed in Syria should be addressed to Russia’s Defense Ministry.
"This issue should be addressed to our military department and I don’t consider it possible and correct to refer to some ephemeral sources," the Russian presidential spokesman said.
As Peskov said, "air defense systems were established there [in Syria]. These were very diverse air defense means, which are necessary, and it was reported about that."
"As for the new mentions, it is better to specify this information at the Defense Ministry," Peskov said.
