MOSCOW, December 17. /TASS/. All the tasks set within the framework of the state defence order will be implemented, Russian President Vladimir Putin told the keynote annual news conference on Thursday.

"Everything that has been started will be finished," Putin said. "If not by 2020 then by 2021, if not by 2021 then by 2022, all the tasks we have outlined will be fulfilled."

The president also stressed that Russia will keep developing its strategic naval forces.
