MOSCOW, October 31. /TASS/. Russian forces struck a sea vessel to the south of Odessa carrying military cargo for the Ukrainian army, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on Saturday.
"The strike hit a dry cargo ship at sea 18 kilometers [some 11.1 miles] to the south of Odessa that was delivering military cargo for the needs of the Ukrainian army," the ministry said in a statement.
