BELGOROD, September 21. /TASS/. Unmanned systems crews of the Russian Battlegroup North’s 11th Army Corps have destroyed over 200 Ukrainian Baba-Yaga hexacopters in the Kharkov Region since the beginning of September, the head of the Planning and Counter-UAV Operations Department of the 11th Army Corps, with the call sign Karta, told TASS.

Using heavy drones, Ukrainian soldiers tried to deliver ammunition and food to their positions in the area surrounded by the Battlegroup North, he said.

"The Ukrainian armed forces are attempting to use the Baba-Yaga drones to deliver supplies and provide their troops with ammunition and food. Thanks to constant surveillance and precise strikes on these hexacopters, the encircled Ukrainian forces remain without supplies. Thus, more than 200 hexacopters have been destroyed since the beginning of September," he said.

Karta added that the Russian Armed Forces are destroying Ukrainian drones by ramming them and remotely detonating high-explosive fragmentation and cumulative warheads, thus disabling the Ukrainian hexacopters’ main components and assembly units.

Units of the Battlegroup North, carrying out combat missions in the special military operation, continue to tighten the encirclement and destroy enemy formations in the Kharkov Region.
