LUGANSK, June 25. /TASS/. During the battle to liberate Konstantinovka in the Donetsk People's Republic, Russian forces have identified the presence of Polish mercenaries and female soldiers within Ukrainian assault units, according to the deputy commander of the 1st Battalion of the 1194th Regiment of the Southern Group of Forces, known by the call sign Yusa, speaking to TASS.

"We've detected Poles operating in this area. Our personnel report hearing conversations in Polish. Additionally, young women are occasionally seen entering Ukrainian units - two or three at a time. They are quite formidable, demonstrating no fear," he stated.

"It's clear they know what they're doing, understand their objectives, and respond effectively under pressure." He further noted that such fighters have not yet been captured. The deputy commander also observed that foreign mercenaries typically either fight to the bitter end or retreat swiftly when they realize their chances of success are gone.
