MOSCOW, October 4. /TASS/. Several energy facilities have been damaged in Ukraine’s northern Chernigov Region, the regional energy provider said in a statement.

"Explosions damaged a number of key energy facilities; power outages have affected about 50,000 customers," the statement reads.

Explosions were reported in the Chernigov Region last night.
