LUGANSK, April 24. /TASS/. Russian forces foiled the rotation of Ukrainian troops near Kupyansk in the Kharkov Region, Andrey Marochko, a military expert, told TASS.

"In the nighttime, Ukrainian armed units tried to conduct rotation between the villages of Velikaya and Malaya Shapkovka. Russian soldiers detected Ukrainian militants’ cluster and delivered a combined strike. As a result: the enemy rotation was thwarted," he said, adding that the enemy lost 12 troops.
