LUGANSK, April 19. /TASS/. Russian units have approached the village of Loknya in Ukraine’s Sumy Region, military expert Andrey Marochko told TASS.
"As for the Sumy Region, our forces have gotten close to the village of Loknya. Active combat is underway there right now," he said.
