MOSCOW, February 27. /TASS/. The Ukrainian special services planned more than a half of the terrorist crimes in Russia, President Vladimir Putin said at the meeting of the Russian Federal Security Service's (FSB) board.
"Over the past year, the number of terrorist crimes has increased, more than half of which were planned and organized by Ukrainian special services and their handlers," the president pointed out.
"The FSB must continue its systematic work in all specialized areas, and first of all, of course, in the fight against international terrorism," Putin emphasized.
