LUGANSK, February 20. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops are seeking to force residents out of the city of Chasov Yar in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), Vitaly Kiselev, a military expert, told TASS.

"People refuse to leave their homes. There were cases when people were evacuated by force. I think that the Russian Investigative Committee and Prosecutor General’s Office will probe into the Ukrainian army’s crimes in Donbass," he said, adding that Russian forces continue advancing toward Chasov Yar.
