Kub kamikaze drones of Kalashnikov destroy hostile armor and troops and properly perform in Ukraine operation
MOSCOW, December 18. /TASS/. The Kalashnikov Company said it would for the first time display its Kub kamikaze drone in Southeast Asia at Vietnam Defense Expo show to be held on December 19-22 in Hanoi.
"The Kalashnikov Concern for the first time displays Kub-E guided munition and civilian SKAT 350M unmanned aerial vehicle in Southeast Asia at Vietnam Defense Expo 2024. The drones are widely used in the zone of the special military operation (in Ukraine)," it said.
Kub kamikaze drones of Kalashnikov destroy hostile armor and troops and properly perform in Ukraine operation. In late 2023, the first upgraded Kub with increased firepower was delivered to the Russian forces. KUB carries a 3-kg payload. Maximum flight endurance is 30 minutes and the speed is 130 km/h.
SKAT 350M is used by the Russian Guard in Ukraine operation. It detected and helped destroy several important Ukrainian targets, including RM-70 Vampire MLRS and fuel depots.
SKAT 350M has a wingspan of 3.2 meters and flight endurance of 240 minutes at a speed of 72-120 km/h and altitudes of 300-2,000 meters. The operational radius of the radio line and video channel is 70-100 km. The complex is deployed in 15 minutes and launched by an elastic or pneumatic catapult. The drone lands on a parachute in an automatic or semiautomatic regime.
