BRYANSK, October 19. /TASS/. Russian air defenses have downed another fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle over the borderline Bryansk Region, Governor Alexander Bogomaz said.

"The Russian Defense Ministry’s air defenses identified and destroyed another enemy fixed-wing drone. No casualties or damage were reported. Emergency personnel are working on the scene," he wrote on Telegram.
