North Korea unveils new tank — news agency

TOKYO, March 14. /TASS/. North Korea has held a competition among tank crews, demonstrating its new type of tanks, the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reports.
"The competition took place in a team-to-team mode. The competition was aimed at rigorously checking the practical skills of tank crewmen and practicing ways to conduct combat operations based on various tactical missions. The competition involved distinguished tank crews from major tank formations," the report reads.
North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, Defense Minister Kang Sun Nam and Chief of the General Staff of the Korean People’s Army Ri Yong Gil attended the event.
"Comrade Kim Jong Un expressed satisfaction that the new type linear tank, which was unveiled at today’s tank competition, had shown outstanding combat capacity, powerful strike ability and high maneuverability. He said that our army’s possession of the most powerful tank in the world was a strong reason to be proud," KCNA notes.
After the competition, Kim personally tested the new tank, sitting in the driver’s seat.
