Russian deputy PM highlights drastic makeover in military equipment over past two years
Denis Manturov said that exterior of the today's weapons and military vehicles differs greatly
MOSCOW, February 26. /TASS/. Russian weapons and combat vehicles have changed a lot over the two years of the special military operation thanks to modernization, Russian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov said.
"Looking back at what weapons and military vehicles looked like in May 2022 and even in May 2023, their exterior differs greatly from what they look like in February 2024 because new solutions are constantly being introduced. Just have a look at a tank - you will not recognize what was initially manufactured and even modernized to what is being made today. These are absolutely different things," he said in an interview with the Vecher (Evening) With Vladimir Soloviov program on the Rossiya-1 television channel.
