Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu pointed to advance provision of all the necessary for the Battlegroup troops

MOSCOW, February 24. /TASS/. The Ukrainian army was driven back by more than ten kilometers as a result of liberating Avdeyevka, Russian Battlegroup Center Commander Andrey Mordichev reported to Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu.

"Battlegroup Commander Colonel General Andrey Mordvichev reported to the Russian Defense Minister that the enemy had been driven back from positions held by more than ten kilometers during the Avdeyevka liberating operation. Russian troops continue advancing in their destinations," the Defense Ministry said.

Shoigu pointed to advance provision of all the necessary for the Battlegroup troops, the ministry noted. "Despite complaints of the Kiev regime regarding the acute shortage of artillery munitions, intensity of adversary’s artillery operations did not decline," Mordvichev added.
