According to the Security Council deputy chairman, Russia's military hardware will be in demand on world markets, "even more than it was before"

MOSCOW, February 22. /TASS/. Russia will continue working to strengthen its defense capabilities even after the special military operation in Ukraine ends to deter any potential threats to the country, Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said in an interview with Russian media, including TASS.

"Of course, even after the active phase of the special military operation is over, we will still have to work on defense for a very long time. To make everyone understand that our stockpiles are very substantial. And so that no one even thinks of encroaching on our interests," Medvedev emphasized.

"After it’s all said and done, our military hardware will be in demand on world markets - even more than it was before," the deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council said.

"Let’s wait and see how it goes from here," Medvedev added. "It is one thing to just show nice pictures, but to fight in earnest is a different matter," he said.
