AVDEYEVKA /DPR/, February 19. /TASS/. Russian military personnel provided medical assistance to the residents of Avdeyevka, where a lot of elderly people still remain, one of the Russian servicemen said at a video distributed by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"There are a lot of elderly people who need medical care. Assistance was provided whenever possible," he said.
