Application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and machine learning significantly escalates risks during dual-use biological research, Chief of Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Protection Troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov said.
"Risks of such dual-use studies grow significantly when artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies are used," Kirillov said.
