MOSCOW, January 14. /TASS/. Russian air defense systems intercepted 23 Ukrainian drones over the past 24 hours, as well as 17 projectiles of HIMARS and Uragan multiple launch rocket systems, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.

"Air defenses shot down 23 Ukrainian drones near the settlements of Novoandreyevka, Spornoye, Lipovoye of the Donetsk People's Republic, Podkuichansk, Popasnaya of the Lugansk People's Republic, Veseloye, Lyubimovka, Novoye of the Zaporozhye Region, Novaya Kakhovka of the Kherson Region, as well as 17 projectiles of HIMARS and Uragan MLRS," the statement said.
