MOSCOW, January 14. /TASS/. The losses of the Ukrainian armed forces in the Zaporozhye area amounted to up to 60 servicemen over the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

"In the Zaporozhye area, Russian troops inflicted fire damage on the manpower and equipment of the Ukrainian 65th, 118th mechanized, 82nd airborne assault, 128th mountain assault brigades, the Ukrainian National Guard 2nd and 15th brigades near the settlements of Stepovoye, Verbovoye, Novopokrovka, Rabotino and Pyatikhatky in the Zaporozhye Region. The enemy lost up to 60 servicemen, two armored combat vehicles, three vehicles, as well as a D-30 howitzer," the ministry said.
