MOSCOW, January 1. /TASS/. The Ukrainian army lost up to 200 troops and a tank in the Krasny Liman area in the past day, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.

"In the Krasny Liman area, units of Battlegroup Center, acting in coordination with aircraft and artillery forces, hit troops and equipment of the 67th Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian armed forces and the 100th Territorial Defense Brigade near Chervonaya Dibrova in the Lugansk People’s Republic and the Serebryanskty forestry. The Ukrainian armed forces lost up to 200 troops, a tank, two armored combat vehicles, three motor vehicles and a D-20 howitzer," the statement reads.
