MOSCOW, December 31. /TASS/. The Russian Armed Forces carried out a precision strike at the former Kharkov Palace hotel, which housed up to 200 foreign mercenaries that were supposed to take part in raids on Russian territory.

"There were up to 200 foreign mercenaries that were supposed to be involved in terror raids on Russian territory close to Ukrainian border," the Ministry said.
