MOSCOW, October 25. /TASS/. Commander of Russia’s battlegroup East Andrey Kuzmenko has reported to Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu on the formation of regular UAV operational units and their equipment with FPV drones, the Russian Defense Ministry said.·

"In his report, Lieutenant General Andrey Kuzmenko, commander of Russia’s battlegroup East, reported on the fulfillment of the Russian Defense Minister’s order on the formation of regular UAV units, their staffing with trained specialists, as well as the provision of all units with unmanned combat and reconnaissance systems, including FPV drones," the ministry said.·

In addition, the commander reported on the peculiarities of the tactics of action of the assault units of the group’s compounds in cooperation with reconnaissance and fire complexes during the performance of combat missions to seize Ukrainian positions by assault groups, the ministry said.
