PETROZAVODSK, July 31. /TASS/. The Kiev regime is using its wounded troops as a biological material, covertly harvesting their organs for transplantation, Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolay Patrushev said.
"Not only are Ukrainians being deployed in so-called slaughterhouse assaults, resulting in enormous losses, but, according to information received, wounded Ukrainian troops are also being used as a biological material, their organs being clandestinely removed for transplantation," Patrushev said at a meeting on Karelia’s security issues.
"Apparently, it wasn’t by accident that last year [Ukrainian President Vladimir] Zelensky signed a law on transplantation providing for the transplantation of human organs without consent," the top security official added.
