ST. PETERSBURG, July 30. /TASS/. Russian sailors are scrupulously accomplishing tasks they face, fight bravely and demonstrate real heroism, President Vladimir Putin said during the Main Naval Parade on the occasion of Russia’s Navy Day on Sunday.
Such properties of Navy men as courage, valor and determination "are fully demonstrated at present to the full degree also," the head of state said.
"Our sailors are dedicated, demonstrate real heroism and fight bravely in the name of Russia, as our great ancestors did," the President added.
"I thank the personnel of the Russian Navy for scrupulous accomplishment of tasks you face, for your reliability, diligence, resilience, and perfect devotion to the Fatherland," Putin said, addressing parade participants. "Glory to the Russian Navy! Hurray!" the President proclaimed in conclusion of his speech during the parade.
