MOSCOW, July 2. /TASS/. The armed forces of Ukraine are trying to advance in the Donetsk, Krasny Liman, and Yuzhno-Donetsk directions, Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Lieutenant-General Igor Konashenkov said on Sunday.

"Over the day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continued to attempt offensive operations in the Donetsk, Krasny Liman, and Yuzhno-Donetsk directions," he said.
