MOSCOW, April 12. /TASS/. Russia has notified the United States of an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) launch from the Kapustin Yar proving ground, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov told reporters on Wednesday.
"All notifications of launches of intercontinental ballistic missiles or ballistic missiles from submarines are being duly provided as usual," the senior Russian diplomat confirmed.
