MOSCOW, April 7. /TASS/. Moscow and Minsk will draft the security concept of the Union State of Russia and Belarus as soon as possible, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Friday.
"Of course, this will take some time. It [the document] will be drafted as soon as possible," he told journalists.
Earlier this week, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the preparation of the Union State Security Concept had begun. According to Putin, the document will outline the basic goals of cooperation between Russia and Belarus "in light of growing tensions on our states’ external borders and the sanctions and information war against us."
