GENICHESK, April 5. /TASS/. Russian artillery destroyed a Ukrainian 2S3 Akatsiya howitzer on the right bank of the Dnieper River in the Kherson Region during the special military operation in Ukraine, a spokesman for the regional emergency services told TASS on Wednesday.

"At night, a 2S3 Akatsiya howitzer with ammunition was destroyed near the settlement of Priozyornoye. Five Ukrainian soldiers were killed in the strike. Yesterday, artillery fire in the area of Antonovka destroyed a 120mm mortar with ammunition and its team. Six Ukrainian soldiers were killed and another two received wounds of various severity," the spokesman said.
