DONETSK, April 3. /TASS/. The Ukrainian units have fired more than 105,000 different munitions into settlements of the Donetsk People's Republic since the escalation of tensions, the DPR mission to the Joint Control and Coordination Center on issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes (JCCC) reported on Monday.

"During the 410 days of escalation, the mission recorded 16,600 instances of firing, of which 16,200 involved the use of heavy weapons. In total, the enemy fired 105,040 munitions of various caliber," the statement said.

The Ukrainian units fired at the DPR 40 missiles from the Tochka-U missile system, 262 missiles from the HIMARS multiple launch rocket system and 22 missiles from the BM-30 Smerch multiple rocket launcher.

Some 4,500 civilians, including 134 children, have been killed in the DPR since the escalation. Nearly 4,300 civilians, including 275 children, have been wounded.
