MOSCOW, April 1. /TASS/. Russian forces killed up to Ukrainian troops and mercenaries on the Donetsk frontline in the past day, Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov said at a briefing on Saturday.

"The Battlegroup South used tactical aircraft and artillery mounts on the Donetsk frontline. The enemy lost up to 110 Ukrainian troops and mercenaries, as well as an armored personnel carrier, five armored combat vehicles, five motor vehicles, a Grad multiple rocket launcher, an Akatsiya, a Gvozdika, a Msta-B and a D-30 howitzer," he specified.
