The Russian Foreign Ministry stressed that Moscow strongly condemned this terrorist act

MOSCOW, March 3. /TASS/. Moscow has drawn appropriate conclusions from the March 2 terrorist act in the Bryansk Region, this crime will not go unpunished, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement distributed on Friday.

"We have drawn appropriate conclusions from what has happened. Russian investigative bodies have launched an investigation. This crime will not go unpunished," the diplomats said.

"Ukrainian officials have repeatedly admitted that all their actions are carried out with the approval and support of the United States and other NATO countries. The murders in the Bryansk Region were committed with NATO weapons. This raises the natural question of qualifying these states as accomplices of such crimes and sponsors of terrorism," the ministry noted.

The Russian Foreign Ministry stressed that Moscow strongly condemned this terrorist act.

On Thursday, Ukrainian saboteurs infiltrated the border area of the Bryansk Region. Russia’s Federal Security Service reported that together with Russian Defense Ministry forces it conducted "actions to destroy the armed Ukrainian nationalists who violated the state border". Russian President Vladimir Putin, who canceled a planned trip to Pyatigorsk, slammed the incident as an act of terrorism.
