MOSCOW, February 17. /TASS/. The Arena-E active protection complex for armored vehicles and an artillery fire control system will be presented by the High Precision Systems holding company at the international weapons show IDEX-2023, the holding company’s press-service told TASS on Friday.

"The latest aviation guided missile 305E, used to arm combat helicopters, will be displayed. Visitors will also be able to see the characteristics of the Iskander-E tactical missile system, the Arena-E active protection complex, as well as the Verba man-portable air defense system, which is an upgrade of the world-famous Igla-S, the holding company said.

In addition, the holding will present the 2S25 anti-tank gun.

Arena-E provides 360-degree circular protection of the armored vehicle from anti-tank weapons, such as grenades, artillery cumulative projectiles and anti-tank guided missiles, including those activated the moment they fly over the tank. The protection system can be placed on almost any vehicle, including T-72, T-72B, T-90 tanks and others.

The international weapons show IDEX-2023 will be held in the United Arab Emirates on February 20 to 24. The joint Russian exposition at the event will be located in a separate pavilion, where Rosoboronexport and enterprises of the country's defense-industrial complex will present more than 200 full-scale samples of weapons and military equipment, ammunition and gear.
