GROZNY, January 26. /TASS/. Soldiers from Chechnya’s Sever-Akhmat (North-Akhmat) commando regiment have stormed Ukrainian positions near the village of Novomikhailovsky in the Donetsk People's Republic, the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov has said.

"The Sever-Akhmat special task regiment has stormed the positions of NATO bandits and Ukrainian Nazis. As a result of a professionally planned operation and well-coordinated actions by the regiment's personnel, the enemy trenches, well-fortified and prepared for a long defense, as well as other engineering facilities in a forest belt, were put under the control of our brave soldiers," Kadyrov wrote.

As a result of the clash, the enemy suffered losses and was demoralized.
