MOSCOW, November 19. /TASS/. A ceasefire violation by Azerbaijan’s troops has been documented in Nagorno-Karabakh in the past 24 hours, as a tractor came under fire, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement on Saturday.

"One ceasefire violation has been recorded. A tractor doing agricultural work came under fire from small arms opened from an observation post of Azerbaijan’s Armed Forces near the village of Avdur in the Martuni district. No casualties were reported as a result of the shelling," the statement said.

The ministry added that the command of the Russian peacekeeping mission along with Azerbaijani and Armenian representatives were investigating that incident.
