MOSCOW, October 26. /TASS/. Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu held phone talks with his Indian counterpart Rajnath Singh and told him that Ukraine could stage dirty bomb provocations, the Russian Defense Ministry told reporters on Wednesday.
"Russian Defense Minister Army General Sergey Shoigu held phone talks with Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on October 26. The situation in Ukraine has been discussed. Army General General Sergey Shoigu conveyed to his Indian counterpart his concerns about potential dirty-bomb provocations by Ukraine," the ministry said.

Head of the Russian Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Forces Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov on Monday said the Defense Ministry put its forces on alert to act "in the conditions of radioactive contamination" because it had obtained data that Kiev was ready to use a dirty bomb.
