MOSCOW, October 23. /TASS/. Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu has held phone talks with his Turkish counterpart Hulusi Akar and expressed his concerns that Ukraine could stage a provocation using a dirty bomb, the Russian Defense Ministry told reporters on Sunday.
"Phone talks between Russian Defense Minister Army General S. K. Shoigu and Turkish Defense Minister H. Akar were held on October 23. The situation in Ukraine was discussed. Army General Shoigu also expressed his concerns to the Turkish counterpart about possible provocations that Ukraine could stage using a dirty bomb," the ministry said.
Earlier on Sunday, Shoigu held phone talks with French Minister of the Armed Forces Sebastien Lecornu to discuss the situation in Ukraine and also told him that Ukraine could stage a provocation using a dirty bomb.
On Friday Shoigu held phone talks with Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin, which was requested by the US.
