GROZNY, October 21. /TASS/. Chechen fighters of the Zapad-Akhmat battalion participating in the liberation of the Donbass area seized another frontier and captured three Ukrainian soldiers, Chechnya Head Ramzan Kadyrov wrote on his Telegram on Friday.

"A new frontier held by the enemy for quite a long time has been captured thanks to well-coordinated and professional actions. Our guys did an exemplary job and captured engineering defensive fortifications, seized a large amount of trophy weapons, took three militants prisoner and eliminated the most violent force," Kadyrov wrote.

Fighters of the Chechen Republic acting jointly with the Russian army are gradually driving the enemy out of well-equipped weapon emplacements, he noted.

"The effort to liberate the territory of the Russian Donbass from Ukrainian gangs won't stop for a single minute," the Chechen leader vowed.
